....... American history.

This country is so monumentally fucked up that it will take a president of extraordinary wisdom and one gifted - truly gifted - as a leader to make it successfully through the first four years.

Breaking the glass ceiling of racism is a already massive achievement. That alone will put his picture on a piece of currency or coinage someday in future.

Breaking this glass ceiling will open up doors for millions of African Americans in a very indirect, but ultimately real way.

7. Funny .Some on DU take offense and say he can't be criticized for appointments
because he isn't yet Prez but apparently some think he can be considered among the "greats" even though he hasn't yet taken office? Sheesh. This is beyond ridiculous!
