Only now, in the waning hours of the bush administration, does the media discover that .......
..... bush REALLY WAS a fuckup.

And cheney is lower than whale shit.

And the rice woman is an enabler. Along with powell.

Only now do we hear the media talking about actual war crimes. And rummy.

Only now ......

I'm betting there will be some media wide faux hand wringing and pledges to never again let a president get away with shit ....... and then jump into Obama's shit with a passion not seen since the days of The Blue Dress.

Have I said I hate the media?

I hate the media.

1. And if we dare
to point out the inequities of the way Obama vs Bush is treated by the media, we just don't want the truth to come out.

2. Unfortunately, you could be correct.
I remember seeing stories and interviews with press people who admitted they'd gone a little too heavy on Clinton, so they thought they'd compensate with the next round. So that meant they gave the Presidential kneepads treatment to bush when they SHOULD have been on his behind many times as much as they ever went after Clinton.

They have their priorities carefully stored straight up their own asses.

3. Oh honey, this is only the prelude to the looog ass reports we'll listen to before the inauguration
about how magnanimous Bush is, what his Christian faith means to him, how badly he feels about the economic mess.... BUT!!, he will express confidence in Obama and then damn the Democrats later for their "failures".

No, the King is not dead in the water. Amazing isn't it?

6. If McCain had won they would have remained silent
But since Obama won (a..a..DEMOCRAT!) they have to start priming the pump so they can say that riding his ass for the next 4 (8) years is just business as usual.

They are so transparent it isnt funny.
