Search for missing woman off cruise ship stopped...this is truly fishy (no pun intended)...read this
"Jennifer was in a very happy and uplifted mood both before and during the cruise," the Ellis family said in the statement. "She was excited about starting a new job and her future career with a local newspaper. She and her husband had been talking about starting their family. The family suspects that Jennifer chose an unfortunate ending to her life. She was a beautiful and caring person and will be truly missed by all who love her."

Seitz and her husband, Raymond, were celebrating their one-year anniversary on the Norwegian Pearl cruise ship.
Jennifer Seitz, 36, a former Florida Today reporter who lived in Winter Haven, was reported missing the next morning and now the FBI is questioning passengers to try to figure out what happened.

Eyewitness News has learned the missing woman's marriage may have been on the rocks before she vanished. Her husband, Ray Seitz, was arrested in April for domestic violence arrest and the arrest affidavit says he admitted to head butting his wife. The charge was dropped after he entered a pretrial diversion program. Records show that she asked the prosecutor not to pursue the case.

How could she be happy and upbeat and excited and so on and then it is stated her marriage was in trouble and her husband was arrested in April for headbutting her?

What the f***?!?!?!?!

5. I'm guessing they both got drunk
He passed out and slept it off, she went wandering. Of course the details are sketchy, but there's no suggestion of foul play in the article - if another passenger or staff member saw her walking around on deck alone it might be as simple as that.

2. It's VERY hard to just "fall" off a modern cruiseship...
...with the higher railings required by recent SOLAS regs. Now, if someone CHUCKS you over the railing...

3. I remember reading somewhere...

a story about how there have been many unexplained "disappearances" or "accidental overboards" of women on cruise ships, possibly unsolved murders.. and how the cruise lines try to bury these stories as much as possible because it wouldn't be the best publicity for the industry, of course.

I'll try to find a link.

Didn't take me long.. here's one link:

4. Something is wrong...
The OP gets it, as well.

It is not uncommon for people to go missing on cruises, but this .. There is video... the husband took a LONG time to report the missing person -- you know, his wife.
