Tony Snow basically asserts dictatorial power for WH
I wish Harry Smith had challenged him on this statement. It's the unitary executive thing rearing its ugly head again:

"The legislative branch has no oversight responsibility over the White House"

1. Yes, they do, how else would they be able to investigate impeachable...

2. Yep
And it is scary to think the White House thinks otherwise.

9. Typical Conspeak: Assert the lie as fact and dismiss anyone who disagrees
If anyone saw John Bolton with Jon Stewart, it was the perfect exhibit of how they "debate/argue". Every single thing Bolton said started with "you're wrong" or "I believe you're wrong. He didn't back up the assertion with facts, reasons, data, or history. He just declared it wrong.

The only SOP he left out was "I reject the premise of your question." Snow does it. Bush/Cheney do it. Rice does it. Every last one of them does it whenever they are interviewed...except by Faux.

Or the American people, right Tony?

So, have you guys thought up something as catchy as "Sieg Heil" for us to salute der Chimpenfuhrer? No? Still working on that?

Lemme know when you do, because I just love living in a dictatorship. Say, didn't we just invade a country because they were ruled by a maniacal tyrant? What's that?

OH, I remember! It wasn't to "spread freedom and democracy", it was Weapons of Mass Destruction!

How did that turn out? I was so busy with my American Idol I forgot to notice. Fill me in, wouldya?

:sarcasm:

I have come to hate what this country has become...

EDIT: sarcasm indicator for the sarcasm impaired

13. Oh goody! Another quote to throw back at him when a Dem is president
Although, by then, he won't have any sort of a career to ruin anyway.

Or any credibility to question
