I think you just inspired me! I have a bag of organic potatoes and also a bag of organic apples in the kitchen. It will take a little effort to transform them into something like your picture, but it's nothing I'm not up to...

13. We had our first latkas today

and, right now, my husband is sitting in the other room with a plateful snacking away. Good stuff.

18. My wife and daughter made the best latkes this year..

They used a recipe that included shredded potatoes AND mashed potatoes.

btw- What does Andy Kauffman have to do with this?
