Would the Fairness Doctrine require Novam & AAR to broadcast Hate Radio?

And of course on the other side require Clear Channel to broadcast truth to offset its propaganda? Explain how things would be different than they are now.

1. There was a post the other day that stated very eloquently that it is not

the Fairness Doctrine that must be reintroduced, but media consolidation that must be revoked. All the big media corps must be required to relinquish control of the massive conglomeration of media they control. They have become vertical and horizontal monopolies that must be disbanded.

2. I'm not an expert, but I thought the Fairness Doctrine had more to do with ownership than content?

So right-wing talk radio would still exist, it just wouldn't be able to monopolize the market the way it does now, since most of those stations are owned by the same few companies (ClearChannel being probably #1).
