Cop Speak (and often military speak) = double speak. Totally ridiculous and irritating. The press needs to rake this jerk over the coals. It is one thing when a spokesperson lets them know they can't answer certain questions and why, but this guy just kept propelling nonsensical words.

Which, BTW, contains many disrespectful terms for not only suspects but also minorities, women, senior citizens, overweight people, members of out of the mainstream churches, and almsot everyone who doesn't measure up to cop standards (talking to these guys you'll soon find that includes everyone who isn't a cop).

Very inbred and paranoid group of people IMHO.
