7. the more he has to "remind us"

that he's the decider or decision-maker the weaker he becomes

a true leader doesn't have to remind followers that he/she is a leader, the followers recognize the leadership.

the constant litany of "I'm the president", "I'm the commander-in-chief", "I'm the decider", "I'm the decision-maker", "I'm the boss of you" highlights his insecurity and the diminishing respect people have for him.
