And this is his way of thumbing his nose at us because we'll never be able to hold him accountable because he's a dead man walking. It also serves to fuck up a lot of people's lives in the CIA and in Bush's administration as well as Bush himself. The only sincere thing Cheney has probably ever felt is profound hatred and loathing towards mankind.
