Brit HUME's last Faux anchor day is Tue 12-23 & will spend retirement "praying"

He just told O'LOOFAH that his three priorities in retirement will be "praying, granddaughters, and golf," that he plans to spend a lot of time "reading the Bible." Beyond that, he will still be doing "commentary, which I've wanted to do for a long time."


Uh, like his jaundiced "news reading" has NOT been wingnut commentary for scores of years, including when he worked for a real network/ABC!1


Besides that, I largely try to take as many people's professions of their faith as possible at (their) face value, but it's HARD, HARD I tell you, to see Laura INGRAHAM, a convert to Catholicism and HUME, now a professed Bible reader, lay claims to some kind of religion (as opposed to spirituality) while there is NO DISCERNIBLE SIGN of it in their political positions and vicious attacks on their political opponents. Yes, I include HUME in the viciousness because of his perpetual SNEER at all things Dem.


"Some people say" (the Faux style of "reporting") that, despite his ice cold persona to the contrary, he had some human feeling at his Gay son's suicide, so perhaps he will incorporate that into his meditations on the Bible.
