Seriously. WTF? I just now saw the list of the 20 Senators who voted YES to 700 Billion dollar Wallstreet Bailout, but NO to Automaker 14$ billion and Joe Biden was one of them..... what the fucking hell?

------------------- EDIT -------------------

Center for American Progress has him listed as Senator who voted for TARP, but was absent for this vote. If he resigned on the 16th, then I wish they would change that, and when I copied the table I screwed up and had him in the column of people who actually voted AGAINST the auto bailout.

So, apologies, but I about crapped myself.

I'll edit and past this in the OP.

the 14 billion. I googled and couldn't find that he has resigned his senate seat yet and has until he's sworn in to do so.

6. If they needed him for the 60th vote, he would have voted yes
He was around. imho he is trying to be really low key in the Senate right now. Not a bad move for the VP-E, he is in a rough position right now.
