Milwukee's Growing Power sees 25% increase in business in the last 6 months

Cathie Malone and Marguerite Tousignant leave Growing Power in Milwaukee on Friday, Dec. 5, 2008, with food from its market basket program, which sells cheaper fruits and vegetables. Business has increased 25 percent over the last six months.

1. every every everything must localize. Finance, food production, energy production
The big challenge will be to develop technologies and processes that support an economy on that scale.

2. Yup.
The days of the vertically integrated corporate monster are numbered.

Economics of scale have turned into destruction on an unprecedented scale.
