Keep those jobs...

The Republicans are using this opportunity of bust the UAW once and for all...All of this song and dance stuff is nothing but union busting right before our own eyes...Why now? why do you think?

They know, an Obama Administration will be favorable to the what is left of the UAW, they think this an opportunity, right now before January 20th, to stick a knife into the heart of the working people.

Guess what? Here is my position:

YES MOTHER FUCKERS (Pukes), I WANT THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT TO SAVE THE UNION...I want the govt. and my tax dollars to help save these jobs - They are my brothers and sisters too, they are fellow Americans, just like the workers at CITI, AIG, WAMU, Wachovia, Fannie and Freddie.

P.S. IMHO, Upper Management in all three companies must go!

Ford says they don't need the money.

Is this now a GM only help?

3. You are right about Cerberus and Chrysler...I do think Chrysler is a goner either way, I want us
to save the jobs of those at Chrysler who build the profitable mini vans...Those jobs and factories can be transferred to either Ford or GM - I think this is going to happen anyway.

BTW, I worked for Cerberus for a while, I hate them. They bought our company in Bankruptcy, then flipped it for serious profit...I no longer work there, yes I was downsized almost two years ago, have not found a job :(

I would not want to see money going to those guys...But I want the jobs saved.

4. I'm hoping they don't have time to do any real damage
Bush will get his Car Czar just in time to check out of the White House. If this all happened a year ago, I'd be seriously worried about the unions. I think Obama will handle it appropriately. In fact, those execs may regret having asked for help.

5. I guess they failed to break UAW in the middle of the night :)
I want us to demostrate in the streets, I really do...It is about time us hard working people in thsi country took to the streets demanding higher wages and more/better jobs.

Average yearly income dropped $2000.00 during the past eight years. More poor people, more sick people, more children without basic healthcare, shitty schools....etc.

6. I was glad to hear it
Sounds as if * might give them some of the money he meant for his robber baron friends. What does it say when the Repigs in Congress make * look reasonable? I hope every freaking one of them loses their next election by 70 points.
