49. Well, shoot - the way the airlines operate these days you never know where you'll get stuck.

One of my coworkers was in Thailand for her honeymoon and was stuck in Phuket for an additional 5 days. They finally had to buy tix to Malaysia and then to Hong Kong, where the original airline finally accommodated them. They had budgeted the trip so carefully, and then this all happened.

I was approaching Broadway Studios, puffing mightily after walking uphill the last two blocks, when I recognized the guy with snowy white hair walking in front on me. :bounce: He was wearing a jeans and a black leather jacket. I had to wait a few minutes at the entrance while the staff told him about a problem accommodating a fan with a wheelchair. Anyway, I was thatclose to him. The program was terrific, by the way, and the two hours just flew by.

59. No, I didn't want to butt in. He was so concerned about the wheelchair

situation (the people had left) and when the club staff gave him a card he got on his cell. Later, during the Q&A session, a woman talked about her husband who loved Mike and had had a serious stroke. They took the mike over to her husband, who was seated in the front row, and they thanked the people who had carried him upstairs. I presume this was the situation they were discussing at the doorway.

Anyway, Mike was warm and engaging with all of his Truthseekers. Lots of anecdotes, and I appreciated the way he really listened to the questions and answered everyone, even if it was "I don't know." Kathy and Molly weren't with him, but he talked about them a lot. (Kathy didn't get paid for the Night Skin spot. She wanted to try voiceovers, and they let her have this gig. Mike did say they have a large supply of the product, though.)
