Needed: A law that requires, Bush, Cheney, Greenspan, etc. to pay monthly "screw-up/fraud" charges

Maybe, like...$1 million/month? Payable to the U.S. treasury. Just pick these guys up (except Bush and Cheney) by the ankles and shake 'em upside down until every last penny falls out of their pockets. The promise of jail-time would be sufficient for Bush/Cheney.

Include Robert Rubin, Phil Gramm, Paulson, Kudlow and Cramer, a whole bunch of GOP and DLC politicians, the leadership of the Club For Growth and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in there, too.
