8. Mustering my every lick of certitude, I would proffer that Marsha's entire agenda

is wholly detrimental to a larger percentage of those constituents who voted for her than voted for any other Congress critter: in other words, holistically, almost all of those who voted for Marsha are even dumber than Gene Wilder's take of the local sheriff in the movie "Silver Streak." :P
