Did Clinton ever just simply defy a Congressional subpoena?

I'm guessing Congessional lawyers will then file motions in court to somehow penalize the executive branch?

What happens now?
I think that we'll have to see what the Dems do. I really hope that the dems take this all the way to the wall, full speed ahead. If the dems back down, George can start wearing a damn crown because he will, in fact be the king of the land with no check or balance.

Shumer, Conyers, and Leahy are gonna get sick of seeing my number on their caller ID the next few days.

5. Let me get this correct
The president of the United States, namely President Clinton, could not declare executive privledge and had to testify.

But these subpeonas are not for the president, only two staff members, one of which resigned and is not a federal employee, they can be exempted from testifying because the presidents wants them to.
