Dodd is bidding farewell to those who leave the Committee/Senate after this hearing.

Treasury et al were invited - not coming.

5. does anyone think this is blue collar vs white collar thing
they will give money to the banks but won't to these companies, alot of people will loose their jobs.

but mostly the Chambers of Commerce, Manufacturers' Associations, right wing politicians, et al want to destroy the unions.

They didn't even tell the financial sector to cut their salaries, but the blue collar workers must immediately cut their salaries and benefits. meanwhile the fat cats get bonuses and six figure salaries.
Workers will wake up soon and very soon.
