Is it just me or are others starting to sleep better and...
feel healthier since we elected Obama? I mean, I still have tons of anxieties with the news in the world, but, knowing the neo-con influence has been minimized and that we will have a smart caring guy taking the reigns has made me feel more normal myself. My sleep rhythms are really improving. Goodbye to 8 years of warmongering insanity backed by the most frustratingly transparent lies. All, I can say is PHEW! Obama is good for your health! hehe

1. Yes
but then right before the election I could barely sleep at all from the anticipation, dread, hopes and fears.

4. I have always swept well, but I am not surprised by people who can always find something wrong.
We united to elect Obama and now, before he has even taken office, is the time to pick him apart. What Obama needs to do is to kick back and take it easy and allow a panel of DUers to make all decisions because herein resides the fount of all infallible wisdom. Then this country will know perfection. Of course we will have to open re-education camps for the conservatives until they learn that beneath our velvet glove is a steel claw.

15. The re-education camp "recruiters" must hunt down and re-educate anyone the slightest bit to the
right of us on the political spectrum. Lock them up until they agree with us. The fact that Obama has chosen a tough and articulate SoS who will make unfriendly nations think twice before stepping on her toes -- I think we should see how long a list of vicious criticisms of Obama we can amass -- "The Worst Mistakes Barack Obama Made As President During The Two Months Before He Was Sworn In."

Would keep us busy, would keep our tiny minds off what the Criminal Bush Administration is actually doing ......reducing the United States to a smoldering rubble as the Bush legacy.

7. Lets see since the election my bills are more then they were the month before
Had to use the furnice and food prices are still sky high. I'm 1 meal short of having 30 meals for the month, thats eating once a day all month. Gas for the auto is down but being broke from paying off bills last month and buying 29 days worth of food, I am broke so the gas price won't affect me till next month.

Btw, I still haven't got all the bills in for this month yet so I really can't plan on next months budget which keeps me awake all night cause if anything happens between today and Dec 3 that takes cash to fix I'm screwed. None of this is PE Obama's fault, but until he is sitting in the drivers seat steering the country down the road he wants to take, I'm still left dealing with the Great deciders destruction.

Until that nit wit town drunk is back in Crawford I won't sleep well. Then theres the added dread of Obama not getting into office before the cost of living raise on social security gets figured into my monthly check. Last year it was a whoping $20 cost of living raise, whoppee, that went to Exxon and then some.

Yes I agree with you. I have lots of hope put on this new president. I hope we all will be patient with him. At least we can be proud that he will look good to the world.

9. I'm not sleeping any better.
Of course, I never saw the election of Obama as a good thing. He was always the lesser of two evils.

Lesser evils are still evil.
