4. He was allowed to waive the appearance at the arraignment,

needing only his lawyer to appear and submit in writing that cheney and gonzo wouldn't be there.

However, the DA motion for the judge to recuse himself from the case, so it's been moved to next week and the judge seeks help decided whether or not to stay on.

8. The ending of this case is a foregone conclusion.

DA end of term is Jan 1.

Judge is a Bus appointee, I think.

Cheney team has 8 plus years practice of running out the clock, thanks to a willing and complicit Congress.
