Hank Williams Jr. Plans to Run for U.S. Senate. WTF?
Will wonders never cease?! Hank Williams Jr. says he will run for the U.S. Senate as a Republican candidate during the next primary election. It is my understanding that Hank has already talked with Sen. Lamar Alexander and former Sen. Bill Frist -- both Republicans -- regarding his candidacy.

Those of you who keep up with country music news by reading this weekly column are already aware that Hank spent a lot of time on the campaign trail with Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, John McCain's vice presidential running mate.

11. Well I don't think there's anything wrong with that, but I'm not running for US Senate.

Only reason I ask what state is because we have a few, you know, that just might jump on a Hank ticket - even if his foreign policy experience revolves around tequila.

13. Hmmm, Okay, but where?
Are they encouraging him to run against Bob Corker, who will be up next in TN...in another state? Who the hell would want him?

Please pick another state, please pick another state. Although the day after the election I had 5 repukes tell me that Corker would be elevated to run for POTUS, and I laughed at them. As backward as this state seems to be proud to prove itself to be, perhaps Corker will be elevated and Jr. will be the new chosen one. I feel another donation to the Music Row Democrats coming on.

33. The Music Row Democrats (and my TN cousins) convinced me that Ford Jr was OK
so I sent him a contribution sight and sound unseen and heard. What a shitty Democrat he turned out to be. I told my cousins don't put the bite on me for any more TN democrats unless they are really democrats.

If I were still living there I'd of course never vote for that fat blob of shit Hank Jr. but if Ford were opposing him I might sit it out.
