While driving my old truck with the lousy radio into town today, the only choice for listening to the radio was Hannity.

It was then that I heard Hannity refer to the "Obama Recession". I about drove off the road.

We can't let these masters of propaganda get away with this crap!

1. ROFL! He isn't even in office yet!
OMG that's too funny. We could just as easily call the 1930s the Obama Depression. Ok not quite because he wasn't even a Senator then. But still, he would have to have had more power than he's had to own this recession.

SO . . . I wonder who HAS had that power over the past 8 years?

Just the tape where he mocked Abner Louima even after the cop who did plead guilty, oh yeah, that would be epic.

I really don't understand how Hannity, Limbaugh and others can live with themselves spewing out lie after lie after lie. They blamed 9/11 on Clinton too. It's disgusting. Hannity considers himself a Christian. How Christian of you Mr. Hannity.

10. What did you expect?
What did we expect? I'm just hoping that the Obama team is as smart as they seem to be. There is no surrender and no retreat for these clowns, not now, and not for the foreseeable future. Not in Corporate Media, and not in Congress. All the talk of bipartisanship just drives me nuts, and I keep saying to myself 'they know what they are doing, they are not that naive', and that is all the hope I have.

43. By Hannity's logic, if we pull out of this recession under Obama, it will be the Bush recovery.
It's ass-backwards, but we're talking Hannity here.

Hannity will pull his brand of logic out of his ass and say the tax cuts, benefits of the war, etc. had not kicked in while Bush was in office.

13. Rush was calling it "The Obama Recession" before the election; since then
he's been calling it "The Obama Depression." (I read this somewhere so it must be true) The Recession happened because folks were afraid Obama might be nominated, apparently, and the Obama Depression started happening the day after he was elected.

almost every economist, and all of the reputable ones, acknowledged it started under Bush ...

They also say it was Clinton's fault that the attacks of 9/11 happened ... even though Clinton was out of office ...

I never expected that the Repugniconvicts would ever stoop to this level of lying ... :sarcasm:

seeming likely that Obama would win the election, his plan for higher taxes and wealth redistribution caused the stock market to go down. So that makes it Obama's recession, doncha know.
