Bay Area Election Parties (and a sad McCain one - LOL)
I had to laugh at this....

Bigger spenders can board the Potomac, Franklin D. Roosevelt's presidential yacht, and spend election night on the bay. The $195 tickets, which benefit the Potomac and the Liberty ship Jeremiah O'Brien, include a buffet supper, big-screen TVs and an open bar. Boardings are at 5 p.m. at Jack London Square in Oakland and 6 p.m. at Pier 40 in San Francisco.

"American Idol" singer LaToya London, R&B singers Avant and D'Wayne Wiggins and hip-hop reggae artist Trinidad headline a "Hip-Hop for Obama" block party at Everett and Jones BBQ near Jack London Square. The street will be closed off for music and dancing, and various elected officials are scheduled to address the crowd.

For high-concept art lovers, local dance legend Anna Halprin will "choreograph the crowd" at the Yerba Buena Center's first-ever election night party. Joel Tan, the center's director of community engagement, helped put out the call to local artists, and over two dozen musicians, dance groups and performance artists volunteered their services. The free entertainment bill includes Hella Hella Acapella with Lara Maykovich, Sri Satya Ritual Movement with Micah Allison and Dance Brigade. Complimentary pizza will be served when the polls close.

--many more parties outlined in these graphs, and then it comes to:

Not everyone, of course, will be pulling for the same candidates or the same results on Tuesday. The San Mateo County Republican Party has rented Club Bistro at Foster City's Crowne Plaza Hotel. Former Republican Rep. Tom Campbell of Palo Alto, will address an anticipated crowd of 200.
