Received a request to rate raido stations from Arbitron ratings. Should I sign up?

I only listen to the radio when I'm in one of my cars. Just a nice, easy oldies station. Is this Arbitron thing OK to give out name/address, etc.?

1. I did it

a few years back and they actually sent me a couple of bucks to do it. It was fun and easy to do. Unlike the Governments census request which failure to complete is punishable. But I'll stop now before I ramble
