It seems to me that Conservatives believe most people are lazy, sorry,

good-for-nothings *, and most Liberals believe most people are basically good and willing to work.

Also seems to me most Conservatives have a punitive, judgemental, critical attitude toward people in general.



*Except themselves and their families, that is. If the neighbor's daughter is getting food stamps for herself and her young children, they think she is a sorry so-and-so, and shouldn't have had those kids. If their OWN daughter is, well, of course, that's a different matter.

traits. My flaws (and those of my friends and family) are the result of temporary situational factors.
