Freedom from Tyranny
How are private monarchies any better than public? Are they not equally tyrannical? Are they not equally oppressive? Why cast away the chains of a public monarchy only to chain yourself to its private counter-part? Financial, government, or any other kind of monarchy, should be equally rejected.

1. I fully agree.
Perhaps if a way could be found that would allow the people of the world (all six billion or so of us)
to act together knowledgeably and in concert we could all throw off all of the chains which bind us.

To me it seems we all need to lose the fear and suspicion of the "other", which appears to be the primary means by which our "leaders" keep us apart and keep us from seeing that we all have the same needs in life. And that our needs have nothing at all to do with the wants of these called "leaders".

It would appear that our "leaders" have since time long ago fostered an incorrect concept, that there is not enough to go around and that we must therefore "compete with one another" or war with each other in order to survive.

The world is in desperate need of an accurate head count, an accurate and honest assessment of the quantity of requisite raw materials, tools and manhours needed to produce what we all need.

Instead what we have gotten for so long is the demand that we produce that which our "leaders" want.

I beleive that we all have something to contribute as nations and as individuals.
I beleive that all of us acting together could put an end to the worst of all crimes:

1. war
2. poverty
3. waste

Solving these issues would truly allow humanity to enter an era we all need and should demand.
