Is it too much for a Presidential Candidate to go to an Antiwar Protest?

Is it too much for a Presidential Candidate to go to an Antiwar Protest?
Well, besides a certain one with a heart of pure gold, I never seem to see any of them out here joining us hundreds of thousands of citizens working hard to end this war.

Why is that, exactly? The majority of the country strongly supports us and having the presidential candidates out there would give us much more media coverage.

I remember someone remarking in the January 27th protest, "Where's Hillary?" This was followed by laughter.

Come on, guys, we're waiting...and we have our signs, petitions, banners, and state legislature resolutions waiting.

As for the others, I'd say they don't honestly share the same convictions as far as being anti-war or pro-peace goes

6. Gravel certainly has paid his due as has Kucinich
The rest are a bit too much in certain military-industrial coffers to raise a voice of opposition, it seems.
