"A draft US Army intelligence report has identified the popular micro-blogging service Twitter as a potential terrorist tool. A chapter titled 'Potential for Terrorist Use of Twitter' notes that Twitter members reported the July Los Angeles earthquake faster than news outlets and activists at the Republican National Convention in Minneapolis used it to provide information on police movements. 'Twitter is already used by some members to post and/or support extremist ideologies and perspectives,' the report said. The report goes on to say, 'Terrorists could theoretically use Twitter social networking in the US as an operation tool.' Just wait until the Army finds out about chat rooms and email!"

1. By that analogy, the entire internet could be considered a 'terrorist tool'
If I were preparing to install a dictatorial regime, first thing I'd do is use the army to seize radio & television stations, then I'd send the army out to dismantle the internet.

3. Isn't EVERYTHING a potential terrorist tool when you come down to it?
If a terrorist uses a bicycle to get to his weekly cell meetings....that's a terrorist tool.

A terrorist uses a hairbrush to groom his hair so that he doesn't look unkempt and crazed when boarding an airplane, thus avoiding suspicion...that's a terrorist tool.

etc....

5. Twitter IS a terrorist tool.
And that should tell you about who the US Army has designated as terrorists.

Here's a clear photo of a terrorist couple currently facing 7 1/2 years in prison on terrorism charges.

These terrorists terroristically organized to form a human blockade in order to disrupt the RNC. They did not participate in a blockade--they terroristically organized a future blockade.

New operational definition of terrorism: "Terrorism" is now defined as "individuals participating as leaders in groups or sets with potential unknown quantities as judged by military and legal enforcement." Also defined as terrorists are "particularly dangerous followers" of such "leaders" particularly dangerous as defined as "unpredictable."
