4. More Chasing Ghost Voters...

Somewhere there was a poll that showed the Jewish vote at 50/50...which is a crock of shit. The GOOP has been targeting Jewish voters for months about Senator Obama...using the Hamas "endorsement" and then trying to tar him with Louis Farakhan. They've had Traitor Joe out there stoking the fear as well, but I don't see it working.

I predict Senator Obama should take over 70% of the Jewish vote...equal to Kerry & Gore's numbers. This is yet another desperate tactic...with more on the way...as Camp Gramps tries to shake a few of the low hanging fruit.

8. I definately don't see it working in PA where the majority of Jews are Baby Boomers or younger...

Something like that might have some tiny teeth in Florida or with other elderly Jewish populations but there is NO WAY it's 50/50. The majority of American Jews identify as Reformed Jews and that demo is overwhelmingy, if not completely, liberal. I know, I'm a Reformed Jew and honestly I was a Hillary supporter at the beginning of this thing but I'm completely an Obama supporter now. I think a negative ad at this point will only be viewed as racist propaganda and have the OPPOSITE effect. I can't speak for everyone obviously, but I just dont see it working. at. all.

For my money, keep the ultra negative, fear mongering coming - I think it pushes voters towards Obama, every poll says that and it's mystifying why the campaign would pursue a proven failed tactic. But it works for me!!

I'm a Conservative Jew...and I would say a vast majority of those members as well as Traditionalists are both very liberal and will come out heavy for Obama. The Gramps support is in the Orthodox community...and the very pro-Israel/AIPAC lobby...and that's a small, but very visible group.

I also see the fear tactics backfiring...there are too many other issues on the line this year to have the "luxuary" of hate...but it's the only thing that keeps the GOOP together. They are on the wrong side of every important issue, so this is all they have left.
