Like they popped the oven light for a second to see if his crust is flakey enough yet.

his enlarged left cheek. That cheek is a constant reminder of his cancer.

I noticed in debate 1 that they had his podium slightly more to the left to turn his cheek a little more to the back for the front camera shots.
