Blues goalie injured after tripping on Palin's carpet

I don't know if this is the reason, but Manny tripped on the carpet coming onto the ice BEFORE the first period. He appeared to stumble, as if he didn't know there was carpet there.

Now obviously he played the first period, and gave up two goals, but I'm just throwing it out there.

Manny is not on the bench right now.
