C'mon, you knew this was coming: Joe the Plumber says he wants to run for Congress!!
http://briefingroom.thehill.com/2008/10/24/joe-the-plumber-says-hes-mulling-run-for-congress/

Joe Wurzelbacher, a.k.a. "Joe the Plumber," said Friday he may consider running for Congress in 2010, challenging longtime Rep. Marcy Kaptur (D) in the Toledo-area district.

"I'll tell you what, we'd definitely be in one heck of a fight," Wurzelbacher said during an appearance on the Laura Ingraham show Friday, "but, you know, I'd be up for it."

"There is a movement afoot to draft you to run for Congress," Ingraham said. "Joe, let me tell you something: you decide to run for Congress, and I'll help you with your PR, I'll help you do your ads, I mean, I'll volunteer to help you."

HOW MANY SIGNS OF THE APOCALYPSE HAVE WE NOW WITNESSED IN THE PAST SEVERAL MONTHS!

LORD HELP US!

1. This guy is unable, or unwilling, to pay his traffic tickets,
can't get a valid drivers license, lied about "buying a business," isn't a licensed plumber, and thinks that sort of background qualifies him for Congress?

Oh, wait. He wants to run as a Republican.

Never mind, then...................

Insane. Anybody can run for office in the Republican party. Anyone. No quality control.
Of course, he might have to actually pay his back taxes and get a valid driver's license first...

11. it is a reference to a journalist on one of the talk shows talking about a burning
plane looking for a place to land...being mcsame's campaign.

she went on to say not only were palin and mcsame not on the same plane..they were not even looking for the same safe place to land...

5. bring it, dipshit
Good old Joe will have to brush up on difficult questions from reporters, questions like, "which is greater, 270,000 or 40,000"?

Hasn't he already complained about the scrutiny he's received? I don't think asscrack has seen anything yet.

7. maybe they can get ashley todd to do his makeup?
are these people so very desperate for candidates they have to dredge up tax dodging, law breakers to run for slots? I think the republican party is going to die on the vine. When all the smart people leave the party either America becomes like Idiocracy or republicans will go the way of the dodo bird..or the whigs, which ever you chose to compare them to!

14. Marcy Kaptur would steamroll his sorry ass.
She is well respected and routinely gets more than two-thirds of the votes cast in an election; usually it's closer to 70%.

That is an un-heard of rate of success.

Joe The Plumber better stick to his day job, if he still even has one.
