Obama Cafepress ad messing up forums?

Obama Cafepress ad messing up forums?
Has anyone else noticed that when you click on a thread or click on the Discuss link that the page jumps down to the Cafepress ad...

Some threads that I click on the page automatically jumps to the bottom of the page...and the Discuss link jumps to the middle of the screen when loading...

Anyone else having this problem...?

4. yes i see it too, great way to piss-off customers
accidental or not it is very annoying and IMHO off-putting...
