Subpoena Bush.
Bring him in and explain why there was no internal investigation in the White House.

Give him the Toensing treatment. If he tells the truth, nail him over Plame. If he lies, nail him for Perjury.

Have him explain why he said there was an ongoing investigation when there was clearly not. How can he possibly answer that one, especially after today (he can no longer use those that were at the hearing as a scapegoat).
