Do you think that would ever happen? Now imagine her sitting in on National Security Council meetings. And she would be the number 2 person should something happen to a President McCain. Yet this anti-intellectual attribute of Palin's appeals to the conservative base. It might be time the conservatives find a new base. Especially when you have people like Chris Buckley and Colin Powell jumping ship. It seems that if we just sit back the Republican Party and the conservatives will simply implode on themselves. Problem is, they are liable to destroy the entire country in the process.
