McCain on TV, Holy Joe grinning like an idiot in the background - I
wonder if he's been promised VP if when McCain kicks off and Sarah takes over??

(on the delusional assumption that they win of course)

The crowd is pretty scary in their chanting reaction to all the catch phrases. Brainwashed, BushBots - can't be too stable much of the time, even worse when you get them riled up.

3. Where do they find these people?
Edited on Fri Oct-17-08 01:18 PM by JohnnyRingo
"Drill Baby Drill"
"Business owners like Joe the Plumber"
"We're behind by 6 points"
"Obama will raise your taxes"
"We'll stop sending money to Chavez"
"Lowering taxes creates jobs" (didn't work before, but this time...)

Do these supporters even own a bullshit meter?
Do they print newspapers in Florida?

on edit...
Joementum is fighting for his political life. If McCain loses, Lieberman loses.

7. Joe grinning like a smug fool, Crowd scary...
My gut reaction to the whole thing as well.

What the hell is Lieberman thinking? I never thought I'd say the words but "We need a blacklist!". Joe cannot be allowed to call himself a Dem (independent or otherwise) anymore. If he goes out in public he must be dressed as Uncle Sam and carrying a large stuffed elephant.

And the crowd really was scary. Jingoistic about everything. When will they figure out we can't bomb our way out of borrowing too much money? Especially, when we have to borrow the money to build the bombs!
