Poll question: In your day-to-day life, do you know a "Joe the plumber"?
By a "Joe the plumber" I mean a person who repeats GOP talking points despite one or more of the following:

a. no knowledge about Obama's policies

b. no knowledge about the difference between Obama's and GOP policies

c. incorrect, misleading or partial information about Obama's policies

d. incorrect, misleading or partial information about the difference between Obama's and GOP policies

e. information available from other sources (via email, or discussions from you, the DUer or others), but insists on getting their information only from FOX News or talk radio (a "talk-radio-information voter" formerly known as a "low information voter")

1. you need a *yes, all of the above* button
I live in a red state and I'm surrounded by blowhards that can flap their gums pretty hard, and not have a clue about what they are talking about.

2. Jim the Warehouse Manager
Would vote for an actual elephant if it was running as a Republican. Proud as punch about his two votes for Bush. Thankfully, I don't see him much.

I'd rather collect belly button lint than willingly subject myself to freepers.

8. Other, I live in the belly of the beast here in rural NC.
Those types are the norm here. I'm considered a freak...and I wave my freak flag high here. They don't like it either.

13. How about one who repeats GOP talking points...
despite the fact that Barack Obama addressed them personally on National TV to give them the facts.

No, I don't know anybody else like that. (Except for John McCain)

14. This is what I'm talking about!
Even after he explained his tax proposals, McCain steadfastly and proudly remained oblivious to what he said.

And then he goes and smiles at Schieffer like he was waiting to get a pat on the head!

I will never understand why the GOP only runs sociopaths for office!
