I did have the debate "on", but bowling alleys are notoriously noisy, so all I caught was the occasional Obama-grin and his cool demeanor showed through:)

every RW talking point, bumper sticker slogan he could think of at Obama. Personally I would have liked to see Obama respond a bit more forcefully but I guess its just not his nature. Anyway he handled it well and probably in the long run will be ahead for it. IMO, McGrumpy came across as angry, unsure of himself with little more than put downs, smears and phony outrage to say.

McCain's favorables went down, and his unfavorables went up.


After EVERY debate, the Obama campaign's favorables always go up, and unfavorables go down.

The McCain campaign goes in the opposite direction.
