1. I'm for spending on stuff....
like the overhead projector. That was in a planetarium. Where are we gonna get future astrophysicists? Where are we gonna get scientists in general.

All I can think of is one of the kids who sits in that planetarium watching the stars overhead is going to be the new Neil DeGrasse Tyson.

Oh... wait.... we couldn't afford a few MINUTES of the Iraq War if we did that.
