1. There was a subprime lender in our work complex ...

...and the landlord said he just fled.

This subprime scumsucker left all of his customers mortgage applications behind.
That would be everything about his customers.... SS#s, address, phone, credit reports..
the whole shebang.

You'd think he'd at least have returned the data to the customers before fleeing.... or destroy it.
The landlord doesn't know what to do with the information.

Would it be legal for the landlord to destroy it?

2. I would think it would be illegal to destroy it...I would call the state AG or

the sheriff or State Real Estate Board or something of that nature.

If he destroys it I would think he could put himself in jeopardy of some kind of liability on down the road.
