My friend just called to tell me the anti-choice folks are standing along a busy street

So I was wondering if I should attach a wire hanger to my car and go drive by their rally.

Good idea? Or not?

9. For the real effect, you have to unravel them and dip one end in red paint

or, preferably, a puddle of the red compound that you can buy to dip tool handles in. Pour out a puddle on a sheet of glass in teardrop shape, put the end of the coat hanger in so that it looks like a big drip, let harden (blowing air on it will help). Peel the compound carefully off the glass and you have a bloody coathanger that will be all too stomach-turning. The perfect artifact for a pro-Choice rally.


Oh, an alternative is to get some red balloons and fill them slightly with a liquid. Red food color and a bit of flour in milk goes well. Tie the balloon to the hanger with thread. Urrrp.

for the last 2 weeks.

One way to respond effectively would be to protest on an opposite corner with "Safe, Legal and Rare" and coathanger images.


They are deffinitely trying to peel votes away from Democrats. Here, they have no chance.

that protests regularly in this community, I really don't want to do that.
