Is the phrase "world view" a neocon or even theocon code word?

It strikes me as odd since Palin has started using it. I don't recall hearing it that much at all before her entrance onto the stage.

Just on the basis that I once was idiot enough to fill in a questionnaire on another site about whether one had a 'biblical worldview' - which turned out to include being very right-wing on things like taxes and the death penalty, as well as more specifically religious issues. Ever since then, I've been regularly spammed by an American Christian Right organization called Worldview Weekend. Fortunately, my anti-spam system now deals with those messages!
