You CANNOT get a "definitive answer" about the "plan" that ANY candidate has.

It's like your Mommy promising you something, when she knows it probably will never happen, but it makes you stop having that tantrum at Target.

NO candidate for president knows what is really at stake until he/she gets elected and actually looks at the lump of stuff under the rug in the oval office..

Does anyone in their right mind think that GWB has been even a little bit honest in his assessment of the economy or our obligations?

Doctors do not diagnose your illness over the phone unless Dr.Frist is your doctor, mechanics cannot tell you how much the car repair will cost, until they "look under the hood", a teacher makee you take a test ; she does not "trust you" when you say you know your stuff.

All that any candidate can do is to tell you what his/her basic philosophy is, and what they would LIKE to see happen..

When I hear and see them talk, I always am reminded of when we play the "If I won a million dollars, I would" game.

Forcing them into making promises for money that is not there, is unrealistic, and is a meaningless exercise in futility.
