Was that a serious question ? I couldn´t believe it.
I have to ask as Im not American , is that the general consensus that Russians are evil , I mean what the hell?

Please don't take what he says about Russian being an "Evil Empire" to heart.

Most Americans don't believe Russians are evil - all countries have their own quirks and values, Russia (and AMERICA) is no different.
