He's speaking painfully slow and says little of substance. It sounds like double-talk to me. I can't believe this is a guy who earned half a billion in executive compensation over the course of his career. I'm sure his mind works much faster than the one he is displaying in front of the House oversight committee. He's purposely making himself sound stupid and slow-witted.
