I still feel we are riding in a handbasket to hell.
I could care less about this very moment in time , this second.
However when you look back through just the last 8 years and consider everything that has happened and how nothing has gotten one bit better whether you start with the stolen 2000 elections or 2004 or Kartina, the Plame case ,the Iraq attack ,all the talk of attacking Iran. Pick one of the many issues and include Walter Reed and the rallies across the country .

What has changed one bit for the better?

Now just in the last month there was Russia and Georgia and all the while these elections pounding away in the background. Now we have this bailout crap and yes , it's crap no matter how you choose to view it. In the background the Palin issue rises up .

Now I ask who thinks any of this is not planned in each and every respect as one being a distraction for another and all the while we talk about change coimg down the road , what form of change will this be and please don't tell me hope of some presidnet will come along and fix even a tiny piece of this mess.

We have been lied to in every single case , not one politician has done one thing to change any of this or even slow it down and I doubt one will come along and do so.

Dream on. You can take the debates , the TV funny shows and the entire political arena the media and news and flush it all. It's one set up surreal sick joke.

2. Things are truly terrible now, and likely to get worse.
But that is why this election is so important. I don't even want to think about what America and the world will be like in four year if McCain wins. We must not give up!

6. yes and 2000 was important and 2004 was as well .
And if either would have been real then we would not be here now talking about 2008 being the most important which defines where I rest my case.
