Shouldn't we get a clear definition from McPalin of whom exactly falls into this group? I've always been curious about certain people who seem to be left conveniently off of the list.

check out the preemptive arrests, and video from St. Paul during the Republican National Convention. They did sweeps there, just like they did in Afghanistan. Wrong place, wrong time, and you're off to jail.
