Make sure you watch Bill Moyers tonight
live or on line. Excellent discussion with Georgetown University's legal and finance scholar, Emma Coleman Jordan, - be very afraid of this bailout. If these institutions are too big to fail now, what do you expect when they are even bigger.

The voting issues up now.

2. Thank you. I'm already on PBS, watching NOW. I wouldn't miss Bill Moyers no matter what.
And, as I know you've noticed, I've been totally against this bailout from the get-go.

Thanks for stepping up to alert DUers to Bill Moyers Journal!

4. I really enjoy listening to Professor Jamieson .

She's an extraordinary communicator ... and must be an amazing professor for her students. She's gifted, imho. Professor of Communication and the director of the Annenberg Public Policy Center at the University of Pennsylvania.

Professor Jordan is not too shabby either. Georgetown Law ... top school, top minds, extraordinary professor.

7. Professor Jordan is no slouch, either. I LOVE her clarity of conscience.
She's crystal clear on the ethics and justice of the marketplace ... very trustworthy, imho.

It's heartening to see that we're still producing excellent scholars with conscience and a "real world" sensibility. It's no surprise she'd be at Georgetwon ... a school I hold in high esteem. (Them doggone Jebbies!)

10. Time for a ma-bell style breakup?
Too big to fail is scary shit, and the trend keeps moving towards consolidation every day, producing even *more* of these monsters.

12. Watched it...of course! We never miss. DVR'd it to hear again.
Wish our politicians had half the sense of Jordan and we wouldn't be in this mess. I believe incompetance more than any other factor was the reason for all our troubles with *.
