Poll question: Should a petition be started to demand John McCain get immediate medical treatment?
Edited on Fri Oct-03-08 08:15 PM by ColbertWatcher
Americablog has been closely following the strange facial tics McCain exhibited during a speech (http://www.americablog.com/2008/10/doctor-weighs-in-about-mccains-facial.html).

These tics may indicate serious health problems for Senator McCain.

His campaign doesn't seem to either know or care about this patriot's health. Does it fall to DU to get this man the help he desperately needs? Should a petition be started to bring this to the nation's attention?

1. Yes, along with a psychological evaluation.
 Oh, wait, that really isn't so funny.

3. Foolish 'petition to demand;'
won't come to anything, imo.

Send americablog post to mcC, campaign, etc., and media, instead.

4. Good luck with that.
Not that I don't think there is something wrong with him. I do. Medical records are private. Period.
If he can fake his way through this last month, there is nothing we can do.
Fortunately, it gets more and more obvious that he has problems - memory problems, ticks, and just
looks like SHIT. I think people are picking up on it, whether he chooses to do anything or not.

The man just don't look right.

5. I just think it's criminal that his campaign is doing this to him.
He needs to get off the campaign trail and the people around him need to insist he get the help he needs--immediately.

This is criminal negligence, needs to get more attention and I know DU can do it.
