Why do Republicans, led by John McCain hate the middle class?

Reagan's transfer of tax burden from wealthy to middle-class occurred in large part due to a substantial increase in the "self-employment tax" paid by small businesses.

McCain voted in 1983 to increase the self-employment tax by 66% (from 9% to 15%).

As a result, many small businesses went out of business. Small businesses are our greatest sources of jobs, so when small businesses failed a great many of our jobs disappeared. As our jobs disappeared our middle class did, too.

2. I guarantee you the only businesses the Repukes are "pro" are
BIG businesses - as in: MAJOR MULTINATIONAL MULTIBILLION-DOLLAR BUSINESSES.

They've never done anything to make my work easier or less complicated.

5. And why does ANYONE from the middle class love Republicans like cheap beer and wings?
There are three McClown/Failin signs on my street alone. 8 years of beatdowns and they keep coming back for more. Absolutely Amazing and Astounding.

7. i never knew that....
that`s the year my wife and i started our business because i was laid off. i remember paying income taxes on the rent we paid for six months because the irs said that was income even though we did`t make enough to cover the rent. my wife`s income subsidized the rent. we did get a depreciation tax on our machines and sample purchases but that 6% increase wiped out that tax gain. fucking republicans
